Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what we need to quote your project, build your site and support you after launch. We do not sell your data and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.
What we collect
Contact details you enter (name, business name, email, phone, service area), the package and options you select, files you upload to your build workspace, and the website address you submit for an AI audit. If you create an account we store your email and sign-in method.
We also record basic usage such as pages viewed and referral source so we can tell which marketing actually works.
Payments
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never touch our servers. We keep the receipt, amount, last four digits and payment status so your account and refunds work.
How we use it
To quote and deliver your build, run the AI audit you paid for, send receipts and project updates, provide support, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Your account manager sees your project so they can answer questions about it.
Who else touches it
Only the vendors required to run the business: hosting and database, payment processing, transactional email, and the AI models that generate audits and answer calls on plans that include them. Each one gets only what that job needs. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
Project records stay for as long as you are a client plus seven years for financial records. Uploaded assets are deleted on request once your build is launched.
Your choices
Email marketingwizpro@gmail.com to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you. Marketing email has an unsubscribe link in every message; transactional email about a build you paid for cannot be turned off.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
