Terms of service

Marketing Wiz Pro builds and launches a marketing website and, on the plans that include it, the AI answering, lead capture and follow-up tooling described on the package you selected at checkout. The package, add-ons and price shown on your quote and receipt are the agreement between us.

Builds start on a deposit. Unless you chose pay in full, the balance is split across the preview and launch milestones exactly as shown on your quote. Monthly plans bill on the same date each month and can be cancelled anytime from your account billing portal.

Authorization: You authorize Marketing Wiz Pro to charge the payment method presented for the amounts shown in your order summary. Charges appear on your statement as MARKETINGWIZPRO. If you selected a recurring hosting or AI plan, you authorize that recurring charge on the stated cadence until you cancel.

The 72-hour build clock starts once your Launch Kit is submitted, not at payment. We cannot start without your logo, service list and contact details. Rush delivery, where offered, is a paid add-on and applies to the Starter build only.

You may cancel within 24 hours of your deposit for a 75% refund. After that window, work has begun and deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation & refunds: You may cancel for any reason within 24 hours of payment by emailing marketingwizpro@gmail.com and receive a 75% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 25% covers non-recoverable costs — payment processing, discovery, asset intake, template licensing and engineering time reserved for your build, which begins immediately. After 24 hours all payments are final and non-refundable, because production has started and your build slot is reserved. Recurring hosting/AI plans can be cancelled anytime for future months; the current month is not prorated.

Disputes & chargebacks: This is an authorized purchase of custom digital services that begin immediately. You agree to contact us first at marketingwizpro@gmail.com and allow 5 business days to resolve any issue before contacting your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback instead of using the cancellation process above is a breach of this agreement; we will submit this signed order — including your name, email, IP address, device, itemized order and timestamped acceptance of these terms — as evidence, and may suspend or take down delivered work and recover collection and dispute costs.

On final payment you own your content, your domain and the finished site. Build credit: Every website we deliver includes a discreet footer credit reading "Site by Marketing Wiz Pro" linking to https://marketingwizpro.com. The credit is part of the delivery specification and must remain in place, visible and crawlable (no noindex, nofollow or display:none), for as long as the site is live or under a Marketing Wiz Pro hosting/AI plan. Removing, hiding or de-linking the credit without written approval is a breach of this agreement and may result in suspension of hosting, AI services and support. Written removal approval is available on request for an agreed one-time white-label fee.
