GIANT VENTURES LLC (D/B/A MARKETING WIZ PRO) — INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (MWP-TEAM-AGREEMENT-2026-09-H)

0. PARTIES. This agreement is between you and Giant Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Marketing Wiz Pro ("the Company"), operating marketingwizpro.com. Every reference to "Marketing Wiz Pro" in this agreement, in the portal and in your onboarding materials means Giant Ventures LLC. Your contract, your payouts and your company Gmail all sit under this entity.

1. ROLE. You are engaged as an independent contractor on the Marketing Wiz Pro sales / PRB team. You are not an employee, and you are responsible for your own taxes in your country of residence.

2. SCHEDULE. All published times are New York time (EST/EDT). Work window: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM EST, with required core coverage 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. You work 8 hours inside that window each scheduled day, Monday to Thursday once permanent, for a 32 hour paid week. During the 3-week paid audition ramp you choose your own days Monday to Friday and work inside the same window. Saturday is optional: work it to complete your paid hours for the week, or on straight commission once you are at the 32 hour cap. Extra hours worked outside that window are commission-only. Breaks: one hour total, taken as one full hour or two half hours. You must be clocked in on the company portal whenever you are working; the time clock is built into My Workspace and starts the moment you press Clock in.

2A. PRODUCTION STANDARD. The 3-week ramp is Week 1: 4 hot leads, 3 AI audits and 1 Starter; Week 2: 6 hot leads, 5 AI audits, 2 Starter, 2 Growth AI and 1 named Dominator opportunity; Week 3: 8 hot leads, 8 AI audits, 3 Starter, 2 Growth AI and 1 Dominator closed. Week 3 becomes the standing weekly minimum from week 4 on. Miss two of the three ramp weeks and the seat is gone. Closed sales go in Daily Tracker and hot leads go in Lead CRM the same day; reps do not manually log every call.

2B. THE FLOOR ROOM. Five of your paid hours each day are spent in the Floor Room. Live on camera is the standard. A headshot tile can cover up to 2 hours of that, and when an admin calls you up you have 3 minutes to be live on camera or the hour clock signs you out and you have to clock back in. The Floor Room is inside the company portal and replaces every outside meeting app. Camera-on time is the only time that counts toward the daily camera requirement, and both your live and photo meters are visible to management. Repeatedly falling short of the daily camera hours is treated the same as missing production and triggers a performance review.

2C. SEAT STANDARD (DAILY MINIMUMS). Every seat here is 100% commission to start. The bar to keep the seat and the company dialer is the same for everyone: 32 hours a week inside the window, 45 dials a day, an average of 1 minute of talk time on connects over 20 seconds, 75% of the AI audits you pull actually sent, and the hot leads and closes on the ramp ladder. All of it is measured from the portal clock, the dialer and the audit ledger, so there is nothing to self-report and nothing to argue about. Miss two of the three weeks and the seat is gone. One missed week is a warning with a written catch-up plan for the following week.

2D. HOW HOURLY IS EARNED. You start on 100% commission. Nobody is put on an hourly base at hire. Once you have cleared all three weeks of the ramp and shown you can hold the standing weekly minimum, your seat is reviewed for an hourly base paid on top of commission. That base stays attached only while the daily standard holds: 32 hours a week inside the window, 45 dials a day, an average of 1 minute of talk time on connects over 20 seconds, 75% of the AI audits you pull actually sent, and the hot leads and closes on the ramp ladder. Fall off it and the seat goes back to commission only.

3. HOURLY PAY. Hourly is not a starting condition; see 2D. Once earned, your hourly base is set by your country of residence: Kenya $2.50/hr, Nigeria $2.50/hr, India $3.00/hr, Philippines $3.25/hr, Mexico $3.50/hr, Colombia $4.25/hr, Spain $4.25/hr, United States 100% commission (no hourly). Hourly pay is calculated strictly from verified hours clocked on the company portal.

4. COMMISSIONS. Setup commission is paid 48 hours after the client's deposit clears. There are two schedules and the one that applies to you is set by your seat. (a) HOURLY-PLUS-COMMISSION SEATS (all countries with an hourly base above): Starter 15%, Growth AI 15%, Dominator 20%, AI Site Audits 25% of the $69 price, monthly residuals 10% of every active subscription you sold. (b) UNITED STATES 100% COMMISSION SEATS (no hourly pay, no base salary): Starter 30% ($165), Growth AI 30% ($375), Dominator 35% ($1,050), a flat $35 on every $69 AI Site Audit, and monthly residuals of 15% of every active subscription you sold, plus weekly bonuses posted in the portal. Residuals are paid for as long as the client stays active and you remain engaged with us.

5. PAYOUT. Payouts run on the schedule communicated in the portal, to the payout method and account details you submit below. You are responsible for keeping those details current and for any fees charged by your chosen payout provider. Incorrect details you submit may delay payment.

6. IDENTIFICATION. You agree to upload a valid government-issued photo ID. It is stored privately and used only to verify identity for payout and compliance.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY. Client lists, pricing sheets, training manuals, scripts, and portal materials are confidential and may not be shared, copied, or reused outside Marketing Wiz Pro.

8. COMPANY PROPERTY & ACCOUNTS. Your company Gmail, portal access, and any tools issued to you remain company property and may be reclaimed at the end of the engagement.

8A. CALLING LINE (Quo (OpenPhone)). Quo (OpenPhone) Starter is the only approved calling line, and it is a Company account. The Company registers the seat, assigns you a US number, pays Quo (OpenPhone) directly for the $19/month Starter plan, the one-time carrier registration and the $1.50–$3.00 monthly campaign fee, and emails your login details to your company Gmail. Administration issues the credentials within 1 business day once your signed agreement, your ID and your company Gmail are on file, reviewed by Steve, Director of Operations. You are not advanced any money for the line, you do not purchase a seat in your own name, and there is nothing for you to submit for reimbursement. You sign in at https://my.quo.com with the credentials issued to you, change the temporary password, and set call recording to Automatic. You must confirm your assigned US number in My Workspace before your first dial. The account and the number remain Company property and may be reclaimed at the end of the engagement. JustCall, Dialpad, Zoom Phone and Skype are not used here. You supply your own computer, noise-cancelling headset and high-speed internet.

8B. TIME TRACKING. There is no third-party time tracker on this team. Time Doctor and any similar outside software are not used, not installed and not required. Your hours are recorded only by the clock built into My Workspace in the company portal.

8C. ATTENDANCE AND RELEASE. Your company email and password are your time clock. Once you are hired you log in to the portal and work your core hours as outlined. If you are not logged in, you were not working, and if you are not logged in and working your core hours we release you within 24 hours of seeing the non-involvement. The company buys and pays for your dialer seat, your U.S. number and the carrier fees before you earn a dollar, so carrying an inactive seat costs us money no matter how many hours you put in. That is why this one is enforced.



9. TERM. Either party may end the engagement at any time. Commissions already earned on cleared deposits are paid out; residuals stop when the engagement ends.

10. COPIES OF THIS AGREEMENT. The moment you sign, a complete copy is emailed to your company Gmail, emailed to marketingwizpro@gmail.com, and filed in the Marketing Wiz Pro admin inbox. You can download your own signed PDF at any time from the Contract & Payout card in My Workspace. Payout account numbers and tax or national ID numbers are masked to the last four digits in the copies that circulate by email; the full values stay in the private admin record used only for payout and identity verification.
