The strategic bridge between ownership and the field. You own the territory's AI vision, client solution architecture, and leadership pipeline. You are fluent in Lovable, LLM orchestration, and talk-to-build platforms — enough to architect, troubleshoot, and validate AI flows without being the hands-on builder. All build execution is handed off to our AI Build Engineers. Your mandate: hire and mentor the Regional Sales Manager beneath you, report sales, lead, close-ratio, and operational intelligence directly to the CEO/COO, and continuously improve how the territory sells and delivers. Must be fully fluent in the native language of your assigned territory AND business-fluent in English.

    Architect AI solutions, not build them
    Design client-ready AI stacks using Lovable, LLMs, and talk-to-build orchestration platforms. You understand the moving parts — voice agents, chatbots, CRM automations, webhooks — and can problem-solve flows before passing execution to Build Engineers.

    Hire and develop your Regional Sales Manager
    Recruit, interview, and onboard the RSM who will lead a 10-person Project Manager squad. Set the culture, cadence, and performance standards for the territory.

    Own territory-wide sales intelligence
    Report weekly to the CEO/COO on pipeline volume, lead sources, close ratios, rep performance, and client blockers — with solutions and improvement plans attached.

    High-ticket sales leadership
    Personally pitch and close $2,995+ AI Dominator suites, ride along on enterprise closes, and coach reps on turning $549 site leads into full AI stacks.

You'll own a sub-zone inside your territory, source your own intel, and post our offer everywhere small businesses live online. Prove yourself and the company starts feeding you inbound leads.
